New talents

New Talents exists to identify, welcome, develop and amplify artistic and cultural ability — especially in young people who have talent and no obvious route to use it.

It creates real opportunities for personal, technical and professional growth through continuous training, mentoring and public performance.

The programme covers

• Finding and developing musical, artistic and cultural talent
• Integrated technical and educational training
• Psychosocial support and work on self-esteem
• Taking part in public performances, events and cultural showcases
• Encouraging students to stay in education and build a plan for their lives

The programme is built on a simple belief: investing in human potential is investing in a fairer, more inclusive society.

Taking part

Applications run in Brazil. Candidates send a video of up to 60 seconds showing their talent to novostalentos.icb@institutocantabrazil.com.br.
