Arts and culture
Art and culture are strategic pillars of Instituto Canta Brasil, recognised as fundamental instruments of social transformation, human development, citizenship and the inclusion of vulnerable communities.
The Institute runs continuous cultural projects and public events, opening access to artistic expression, valuing local and national talent, and strengthening the creative economy.
What this includes
- Artistic training in music — guitar, keyboard, choral singing — and in performing arts and cultural expression
- Events, concerts, exhibitions, festivals and performances open to the community
- Cultural production from pre-production through to delivery
- Culture as a tool of education, belonging and opportunity
- Community participation and the cultural occupation of public spaces
Through culture, the Institute reveals talent, strengthens identity, widens horizons, and leaves a mark on the communities where it works.
